Linziyu Lu is a Chinese illustrator based in Syracuse. She has an educational background in both engineering and art. She has a passion for nature and science, as well as science fiction. Her favorite things to draw are birds (especially owls), food, and landscapes. Her work plays with organized, flat design and rich textures.
Apart from drawing, Linziyu is good at cooking (probably because of years of lab experience) and a variety of crafts, including printmaking, sculpture, wool felting, sewing, and paper carving. She has a dream of traveling around the world, and to space if possible.
